Il cavallo è la nostra energia.&lt;br /&gt;Quando l'energia condiziona la mente, può nascere tanta confusione. Nello Yoga, ad esempio, si dice che il cavallo è cieco.&lt;br /&gt;E&amp;nbsp;come&amp;nbsp;un cavallo cieco non può fare niente senza cavaliere, così la nostra energia vitale non può fare niente se non è coordinata alla funzione della mente. Lo scopo principale non è solo quello di far scogliere il corpo, non è esclusivamente fisico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;La base dello Yantra Yoga o Yoga del&amp;nbsp;movimento, è la conoscenza&amp;nbsp; della nostra condizione, della nostra esistenza.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Conoscere la nostra condizione è interesse di ciascuno di &amp;nbsp;noi. In origine trasmesso oralmente, lo&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Yantra Yoga venne insegnato a Vairochana da Padmasambhava, ed è giunto a noi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;attraverso un lignaggio ininterrotto da maestro a discepolo. Chögyal Namkhai Norbu l’ha&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;introdotto e insegnato in occidente dagli anni ’70. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Lo Yantra Yoga utilizza sequenze di movimenti fluidi e armonici che portano a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;sperimentare diverse condizioni di respirazione. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Attraverso questa pratica si armonizza e si coordina l’energia vitale, il prana. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Tramite la pratica dello Yantra Yoga si riesce a migliorare salute ed umore, a ottenere&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;calma e presenza, a capire e sperimentare in profondità il vero significato dell’essere&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;rilassati.
